Researchers of the AM2V participate on the 21st International Symposium on Mathematical Programming

Luis Briceño, Juan Peypouquet and Adriana Piazza took part on the 21 edition of the ISMP held in Berlin from in August 19 to 24, 2012. ISMP is the most important congress of mathematical optimization and in this opportunity it comprised 1700 presentations of researchers from all over the world.  On Monday, Adriana Piazza presented the work "The optimal harvesting problem under price uncertainty" while Juan Peypouquet's presentation was entitled "Constrained variational inequalities: Approximation and numerical resolution". J. Peypouquet was  also the organizer of the session  "Nonsmooth optimization. Constrained variational inequalities: Approximation and numerical resolution". Luis Briceño talked about "Optimal continuous pricing with strategic consumers", on Wednesday as part of the session "New Algorithms for new pricing models".
